As part of the European ERASMUS + program, TREE OF COLOURS welcomed in Ashford representatives of partner organisations from the Italy, Romania, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Bulgaria and United Kingdom between 8-14 September 2022.

Funding is provided the British National Agency for ERASMUS+: Youth in Action, Key Action 1, Mobility of Youth Workers. The project is titled ‘Act now for employability
skills!’.

The main activity of ‘Act now for employability skills!’ project is was an International training course designed for youth workers/youth leaders and other civil society activists to use tools to increase the employability skills of young people and
support their employment. Planned activities were based on active participation and non-formal education, methods such as focus group, brainstorming, simulation, role games with the aim to facilitate group dynamics, learning and sharing of best practices.


For the dissemination of the program several activities took place, such as appointments with community stakeholders, seminars, meetings and an informative outdoors event.


Tree of Colours CIC works to promote non-formal education, exchange of knowledge and ideas, understanding and encouraging co-operation between the young people in a spirit of respect for tolerance and human rights.
